Bose Public Affairs Group LLC is pleased to announce it has promoted two of its team members: Stephen Cooke has been named public relations director and Laura McCaffrey is communications coordinator.
Cooke joined Bose Public Affairs Group in 2011 as public relations manager where he was responsible for developing public relations strategy for a variety of clients. McCaffrey most recently served as a consultant for the firm and was a strategic communications intern in 2011.
“We are very fortunate to have Steve and Laura on our team where they are involved in developing and executing meaningful communication strategies that get results for our clients,” said Roger Harvey, principal of Bose Public Affairs Group. “They have both been instrumental to our success and we are excited to promote them into these well-deserved, new positions.”
Prior to joining Bose Public Affairs Group, Cooke was with Briljent where he worked closely with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on external communication for Medicare. Cooke also has worked as a communication specialist with the Indiana Department of Revenue. He began his career in strategic communications with Cummins Inc. as a corporate communications production specialist where he produced videos for both internal and external audiences. McCaffrey recently graduated Cum Laude from Ball State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in communications. Before joining Bose Public Affairs Group as an intern in 2011,
McCaffrey served as an intern for Indiana State Senator Jim Arnold. In this capacity, she was responsible for the research and management of information related to policy issues, tracking state legislation, and providing detailed reports on legislative action.
