Bose Public Affairs Group LLC announced today the promotions of Patricia Power, James Brown and Trenton Hahn to senior vice president, effective January 1, 2016. All three professionals of the government affairs and strategic communications firm had most recently served as vice president.

Patricia Power joined Bose Public Affairs Group’s Washington, D.C. office in 2008. As a member of the federal relations team, Power focuses on environmental, energy and natural resource issues. She represents corporations, local and tribal governments, and universities before Congress and the Administration, including the Departments of the Defense, Interior, Agriculture, Energy, HUD, and the Environmental Protection Agency. Power also serves as of counsel for the law firm Bose McKinney & Evans LLP and its Environmental Law practice group.
James Brown joined the federal relations team of Bose Public Affairs Group in Washington, D.C. in 2011. Trained as a nuclear engineer, Brown’s government affairs practice focuses on a broad array of science and technology, education and workforce, energy, and health matters. In addition, Brown serves as the executive director of the STEM Education Coalition, a 600-member advocacy alliance of business, professional, and education organizations.
Trenton Hahn joined Bose Public Affairs Group’s Indianapolis headquarters in 2010. He represents a wide variety of clients before the legislative, executive and administrative branches of Indiana government with a focus on insurance policy. Hahn also serves as executive director and counsel to the Association of Indiana Life Insurance Companies, a trade association representing numerous life insurance companies. In addition to his legislative practice, Hahn is a partner in the Insurance and Business Services Groups of with Bose McKinney & Evans LLP where he specializes in insurance regulatory and transactions.
