Bose Public Affairs Group LLC is pleased to announce that Rachel Wheeler has been promoted to public relations manager at the government relations and strategic communications firm.

As a member of the strategic communications team, Wheeler focuses on media and public relations, strategic communications, social media strategy and graphic design. She has played an integral part in several award winning campaigns at Bose Public Affairs Group, including a recent project recognized with a Pinnacle Award from the Public Relations Society of America’s Hoosier Chapter.

“Rachel excels at delivering excellent client service and quality graphic design,” said Roger Harvey, managing director of strategic communications and principal of Bose Public Affairs Group. “Rachel is a wonderful asset to our public relations team, and we look forward to her continued growth and success servicing our clients.”

Prior to joining Bose Public Affairs Group in 2016, Wheeler was a communications assistant at Indiana Farm Bureau. She is active in the community, serving on the Town of Speedway Housing Advisory Council and she is a member of Tri Kappa, a women’s philanthropic organization that promotes charity, culture and education. Wheeler is a member of the Hoosier Chapter of Public Relations Society of America, where she is the chair of the website committee. Wheeler is a graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and Italian.
