Devon Davis is an assistant vice president with Bose Public Affairs Group’s state and local government relations team.

At Bose Public Affairs Group, Devon assists clients from a wide-range of industries in managing legislative projects. He will conduct in-depth reviews of state legislation, meet with policymakers and work with firm clients to develop comprehensive public policy strategies.

Prior to joining Bose Public Affairs Group, Devon worked for the Marion County Board of Voters Registration, where he administrated voter outreach and education programs and assisted in planning, organizing and directing elections in the county. Devon also worked in the Office of Mayor Joe Hogsett as a legislative affairs liaison, where he monitored state and local regulatory and legislative developments, assessed their impact and made suggestions on city policy issues. He has also served as a public policy associate at Samuel Solutions Group and as a legislative assistant for the Indiana House of Representatives.

Devon interned with Bose Public Affairs Group in 2016 and provided support to the firm’s professionals and clients during the Indiana legislative session.

Education

Devon holds a master’s degree in public policy analysis from IUPUI’s Paul H. O’Neil School of Public and Environmental Affairs. He is a 2014 graduate of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in political science.

Appointments / Memberships

Devon serves on the board of directors for the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership, the Boys & Girls Club of Indianapolis, the Martindale Brightwood Community Development Corporation and the Indianapolis Freedom School Partnership. He also serves on the corporate work study board for Providence Cristo Rey College & Career Prepartory High School.
