Gregory F. Hahn is a principal of Bose Public Affairs Group and a partner in the Bose McKinney & Evans law firm. Greg concentrates his practice in all areas of corporate law and business litigation as well as insurance law, real estate law, gaming and state and federal lobbying.

Education

Greg earned his law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law – Indianapolis and a bachelor’s degree in history from University of Evansville.

Appointments / Memberships

Throughout his career, Greg has represented clients such as Carl Icahn, Tropicana Resorts, Trump Entertainment Resorts, Inc.; Bally Gaming; GTech Corporation; Boyd Gaming Corporation; Station Casinos; United Gaming; Horseshoe Casinos; the City of Indianapolis; the Indiana Insurance Guaranty Association; the Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library; College Network, Inc.; Clarian Hospital; and the Indiana Department of Insurance, among many others. Greg was appointed by the Mayor of Indianapolis to the Indiana Sports Corporation in 2000 and to the Indianapolis Private Industry Council in 2001. In 2016, Greg was appointed to the Indiana Charter School Board.

In addition to these appointments, Greg has also served in a number of political positions including Counsel and Treasurer for the Marion County Democratic Central Committee and in the same capacity for the Indiana State Democratic Committee. He still serves as general counsel for the Marion County Democrat Central Committee. He also has served on the National Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee and the National Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee.

Greg is a member of several professional organizations including Governmental Affairs Society of Indiana; Indiana Bar Association; Indiana Society of Association Executives; Indiana Trial Lawyers Association; Indianapolis Bar Association; International Masters of Gaming Law; Litigation Counsel of America; and the Seventh Circuit Bar Association.
